Patented Blister Transfer System

This integrated line features a TF2 Blister Machine and a P100 Horizontal Continuous Motion Cartoner. The two machines are connected with a patented Linear Transport System known as the XTS Blister Transfer. This exciting new technology enables a seamless transfer of single or multiple blister packs to the carton bucket with no required accumulation. The solution offers great flexibility with a quick and toolless changeover.

Cartridge Blister Line

An integrated solution with the TF1e Blister Machine and P100 Horizontal Cartoner. The solution started with product from bulk that would be oriented and placed into the blister cavities. Once sealed, the product is transferred with a robotic collator into the cartoner on the correct pitch.

Animal Health Blister Line

A TF3 Blister machine coupled with P150 Horizontal Intermittent Motion Cartoner running animal health blister pack. The TF3 offers a large web format along with an increased through put rate. The Serpa cartoner offers a compact blister handling solution for these hard to fit packaging lines.
