Delta uses a combination of innovative custom design, Delta Mod-Tech® Modules, and seamless Integration to provide a turnkey manufacturing solution for each process. Delta Mod-Tech® modules are modular assemblies used for die-cutting, island placement, heat seal packaging, printing, conveying, inspecting, and rejecting parts that allow quick changeover between manufactured products/processes. Delta Mod-Tech® modules are featured on the Crusader® Converter, Delta Mod-Tech® Packager, Predator® RFID Converting System and Spectrum™ Finishing System to reduce risk and manufacturing time to market.
