As you may know, I am the Founder and President of Serpa Packaging Solutions, Fernando Serpa. You may also know that I have an extensive background in field service. It is this experience that, after 37 years, still drives our core business philosophy of 5-Star Customer Service. Not only is it good business, but because of my background, it is personal to me as well.
As our business continues to expand, we do not want to lose sight of my core, founding value. Therefore, we have added additional staff, management and internal oversight to our Technical Field Service and Parts Group. Effective immediately, Brandon Gonzalez has been promoted to Field Service Manager. Brandon will be responsible for all Technical Field Services, including telephone support, technician dispatching, issue resolution and training, to name a few. He has an extensive technical background in flexible and end of line packaging. Pete Priebe will continue to manage the Parts Group, focusing on ease of ordering, documentation and follow-up after delivery. Brandon has been with Serpa since 2013 and Pete since 2002. In fact, the entire Field Service and Parts Groups combine for a total of over 150 years of experience with Serpa alone. The additional staff and management will leverage all of that experience on your behalf in order to provide the 5-Star Service that is expected.
