Our cartoning equipment includes horizontal and vertical cartoners in both hand load and autoload models available with intermittent motion or continuous motion. Our cartoners start with rugged frames and are built for three-shift per day operation. Our cartoners are ideal for pharmaceutical packaging applications and will run up to 500 pieces per minute. Fully automatic changeover is also available for all cartoners.
CASEPACKERS & tRAY PACKERS
Serpa casepacking and tray packing machines are available in top load, end load, bottom load and wraparound models and can be used in both manual and fully automatic applications. Our case packers feature clean designs inside and out and take advantage of compact footprints and outboard belt drives for quiet, durable performance.
INTEGRATION & VALIDATION
Serpa Packaging Solutions also provides complete packaging line integration and validation services. We have successfully integrated laners, custom collators, leaflet feeders, vision inspection equipment, checkweighers and many other machines with our equipment.
