This state-of-the-art vertical cartoner features a compact design that provides maximum access to all of the drive components. It features our proven orbital carton erector with positive carton prebreak feature for fast, accurate carton erecting at speeds up to 400 cartons per minute.

SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR SHORT RUNS

It is ideally suited for hand load or automatic load applications for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device and personal care industries. With more than nine feet of hand load area, it is even capable of packaging products with multiple inserts.

The rugged frame is built for three shift per day operation and the servo belt drives ensure quiet, high-speed operation. Digital gauges and scales with pointers allow for a quick, no-tool changeover in as little as 10 minutes. Like all Serpa machines, the P120 is user friendly and low maintenance.
