2000WA SLEEVER

Most sleeves have unique design features to hold the product securely. Serpa uses special mechanisms to shape and seal each sleeve reliably and accurately around the product at speeds up to 300 sleeves per minute. It is ideally suited for nutraceutical, personal care and medical device applications due to the fall-through construction, which meets all sanitary and FDA validation requirements.

EFFICIENT SLEEVE FEED AND FORMING

Sleeves are placed into a horizontal powered magazine. The leading sleeve is pulled from the magazine by our proven orbital erector that places the sleeve directly into the transport lugs.

MAXIMUM ACCESSIBILITY

Serpa designs all machines with maintenance in mind. Full height lexan guard doors offer full visibility and easy access to all parts of the machine. Externally mounted drive components are convenient and allow for easy access. Like all Serpa machines, the 2000WA is user friendly and low maintenance.

FAST, EASY CHANGEOVER

Digital gauges and scales with pointers allow for a quick, no-tool changeover in as little as 15 minutes. All of the changeover points on the main machine are located on the operator side, making changeover easy and fast.
